Grand March 6:00pm at St. Thomas Aquinas High School, Prom 7:00pm – 11:00pm, Crowning of the King & Queen 10:00pm. Held at The Red Barn at Outlook Farm, South Berwick, ME

STA YEAR END SCHEDULE – 2010

Grandparents and special friends of St. Thomas students are invited to the school for a continental breakfast, a special Grandparents Day program and to share classroom time with their grandchild(ren).

May 20 CLASS OF 2011 SENIOR RETREAT

A day of contemplation and sharing of remembrances.

May 20 OUTDOOR COFFEEHOUSE CONCERT @ 7pm

Held at St. Thomas, alumni and students will enjoy outstanding talents – musical solos and groups, dancers, storytellers and more. Tickets are $5 and can be purchased at the door.

May 21 REUNION DAY – classes ending in 1’s and 6’s

Reunion Day at St. Thomas will include:

· Annual Alumni Softball Tournament and Picnic @ 12pm

· Reunion Mass @ 4pm

· A host of athletic games

· All-Class Year Party 5-8pm – food music, games, tours. Tickets are $15. RSVP to the Alumni Office (603) 609-1444.

May 24 SENIOR CLASS “WELCOME ALUMNI” BBQ: 11am-2:30pm

The Alumni Department hosts a reception during the day to welcome the Class of 2011 to the over 6,000 members of the St. Thomas Alumni community.

May 25 SPRING CONCERT @ 7:00pm

Open to the public. All music groups perform “A Salute to America,” a musical tribute to those who lost their lives on September 11, 2001. Held in the Gym.

May 25 ANNUAL ST. THOMAS ART SHOW: 2:30pm – 3:30pm

Open to the public. View the artistic talent of St. Thomas students

May 26 LAST DAY OF SENIOR CLASSES

May 27 SENIOR TRIP TO CANOBIE LAKE PARK: 8am-2:30pm

May 31 SENIOR SERVICE DAY: 8am-2:30pm

Living the mission to serve others, seniors spend the day providing service at the New Hampshire Diocesan camps.

May 31-June 3 PRAYER SERVICES AND AWARDS CEREMONIES FOR GRADES 9-11

June 2 SENIOR NIGHT @ 5:45pm

A catered dinner in the school cafeteria is followed by presentation of the yearbook and senior video. (Please note: start time subject to athletic tournaments)

June 3 BACCALAUREATE MASS/SENIOR AWARDS @ 6pm

This is the final school Mass for seniors and their families. Awards will begin immediately after Mass, at approximately 7:00pm. Held in the Gym.

June 5 GRADUATION @ 12:00 noon

Under the tent on the St. Thomas fields. Alumni Greeting by St. Thomas Alumnus and Alumni Leadership Council Chair, Brian Harrison, STA class of 1980. Presentation of Awards and diplomas.

June 5 LAST BLAST @ 7pm

An all-night chemical-free night of activities for graduates, sponsored by St. Thomas.

June 10 – 15 ASSESSMENTS FOR UNDERCLASSMEN

Attendance is mandatory for any examination on these days.

June 15 LAST DAY OF SCHOOL

Dismissal at 12 noon.
