LSB Employees Named Quality Service Professionals of the Year

New Hampshire – June 23, 2011 - Each year, Laconia Savings Bank employees nominate two of their co-workers for the special distinction of Quality Service Professionals of the Year. This year’s winners were Lisa Benson, IT Administrative Assistant and Susan Adams, Investment & Trust Services Registered Sales Assistant.


In making their nominations, employees are asked to consider such factors as interpersonal skills, customer orientation, product & service knowledge, commitment to the team and positive attitude along with consistently providing exceptional quality service to their customers.


Lisa began her career with Laconia Savings Bank on October 10, 2000. She provides a wide variety of secretarial and administrative duties to support the technology department. Lisa has been nominated for this award ten times. Every day, through her actions and professionalism, Lisa demonstrates her commitment to providing the highest level of quality service. She is an exceptional employee and is very deserving of this prestigious award.



Susan began her career with Laconia Savings Bank on April 1, 2002. She has been the foundation of the broker dealer program for eight years. Susan has been nominated for this award six times since 2004 and often has received multiple nominations. Each day, Susan demonstrates her strength as a customer focused individual by coming to work and seeing everything through the eyes of the customer. She is a great asset to Laconia Savings Bank and is very deserving of this prestigious award.
