Summer Carnival to Benefit The Somersworth Festival Association

The Somersworth Festival Association is holding a fundraiser to help with their programs and projects for the year. They are planning a SUMMER CARNIVAL at the Lilac Mall in Rochester. The carnival will run from August 11th to August 14th. The event will be open Thursday & Friday from 5pm to 10pm. On Saturday it will be open from noon to 10pm and Sunday from noon to 5pm. Discount wristbands will be available for one low price on Friday evening and Saturday and Sunday noon to 5pm. Lots of midway rides, games and foods for all ages. Please come and support us and have fun with the kids.

Somersworth Festival Association

SOMERSWORTH, NH: The 21^th Annual Spring Carnival will be held from Thursday, May 5^th through Sunday, May 8^th. No admission fee will be charged and the Carnival will have something for everyone, including food, games and rides. The Spring Carnival will be held at the Holy Trinity Church parking lot on High Street in Somersworth. The Carnival is sponsored by the Somersworth Festival Association and helps fund the Associations various educational, family and children’s activities. Some of the major projects that the Festival Association puts on for the families of the surrounding communities are the 31^th Somersworth International Children’s Festival, Pumpkinfest and the free Wednesday night Kids Koncerts during the summer. Wristband ride specials are on Thursday from 6pm to 10pm and Friday 5pm to 10pm. Also, on Saturday and Sunday from noon to 5pm which is also wristband ride special which is pay one price and ride all day. Saturday the carnival will be open from noon to 9 pm and Sunday from noon to 6 pm.

HARVEST CRAFT FAIR

The 19th Annual Harvest Craft Fair on Saturday, April 16th sponsored by the Somersworth Festival Association will be held from 9am to 3pm at Somersworth High School. This very well attended fair is one of the largest craft fairs in the area. The fair features over 100 of the best crafters in all of NH, Maine and even from Mass. This is a good time to start your mother’s day shopping and to buy your spring decorations. Plenty of parking and food will be served by the Board members of the Festival Association.
