DOVER, NH — Winsor Brook Property Advisors and North and South Custom Builders recently joined the Greater Dover Chamber of Commerce, and held a ribbon cutting ceremony in their new facility at 383 Central Avenue, Suite 150, located in the Cocheco Falls Millworks in downtown Dover. Also celebrating was Dover Main Street, which is being provided with office space within the new Winsor Brook facility.

After merging Winsor Brook’s Construction division with North and South in mid-2010, they have found their company growing at a fast pace, with North and South adding 20 new employees in the last several months. “In this economy, we are fortunate to be having such tremendous success where other companies are downsizing. We believe that there are opportunities for both companies to help position ourselves to be a long-term player in this competitive market,” stated Pete Johnson of North and South.

The new facility is three times the size of the previous office space, and will allow for projected expansions. “Our new headquarters will provide us with the facilities and infrastructure necessary to accommodate our next stage of growth. We have designed the offices to support our team approach, encouraging employee collaboration.” stated Jessica Smith of Winsor Brook.
