SOMERSWORTH, NH: The 21th Annual Spring Carnival will be held from Thursday, May 5th through Sunday, May 8th. No admission fee will be charged and the Carnival will have something for everyone, including food, games and rides. The Spring Carnival will be held at the Holy Trinity Church parking lot on High Street in Somersworth. The Carnival is sponsored by the Somersworth Festival Association and helps fund the Associations various educational, family and children’s activities. Some of the major projects that the Festival Association puts on for the families of the surrounding communities are the 31th Somersworth International Children’s Festival, Pumpkinfest and the free Wednesday night Kids Koncerts during the summer. Wristband ride specials are on Thursday from 6pm to 10pm and Friday 5pm to 10pm. Also, on Saturday and Sunday from noon to 5pm which is also wristband ride special which is pay one price and ride all day. Saturday the carnival will be open from noon to 9 pm and Sunday from noon to 6 pm.
