Dover – Federal Savings Bank President and CEO, James J. O’Neill, Jr. is pleased to welcome Kristen Collins to the position of Assistant Vice President and Human Resources Director.
Kristen is a graduate of the University of Maine, where she received a Bachelors degree in Business Management. She brings over 10 years experience in the position of Human Resources and is a true asset to Federal Savings Bank.
“Kristen will create and maintain a foundation that will enable the Bank to develop and promote programs that will ensure we preserve our philosophy to provide all employees with mutual respect and fairness,” said O’Neill.
Kristen resides in Berwick with her husband Brian and children Jordan and Bryce. In her leisure she enjoys spending time with her family and is an active volunteer in the community. Kristen works in the Bank’s main office in Dover and may be reached at (603) 842-6472.
