Dover – Federal Savings Bank Senior Vice President, David McArdle, is pleased to announce the promotion of Tim Dargan to the position of Vice President, Senior Commercial Lending Officer.
Tim will be responsible for supervisory duties of commercial loan officers and will assist in growing the bank’s commercial loan portfolio through active participation in sales management and officer call programs. A graduate of Boston College School of Management, Dargan has over 25 years of commercial lending experience, which combined with his extensive knowledge of various lending programs makes him a great asset to the Bank and its customers.
A resident of Dover, Dargan serves as President of the Southeast Economic Development Corporation, is an active Portsmouth Rotarian and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Dover Industrial Development Corporation. Tim has held past board positions with Dover Main Street, Dover Rotary Club, and the Greater Dover Chamber of Commerce.
