(DOVER, NH) – On Saturday, April 9th, HRCU held its fourth Annual Spring “Shred Day” at their Central Avenue location. Open to members, non-members and businesses alike, the local community was invited to join HRCU in Dover to securely destroy and recycle confidential paperwork FREE of charge.
The event was held from 9 am to 12 noon and more than 165 cars visited the Dover Branch with paper to shred. Approximately, 10,000 lbs of paper were shredded and recycled; 2500 lbs more than last year!
We take great pride in helping the communities in which we serve and being able to offer a convenient service such as this is just one way we are able to reach out and support the public,” said Danielle Lyczak, Director of Marketing at HRCU.
HRCU has offered this event to the community of Dover since 2008. The event continues each year with great success, as the public is secure in knowing their personal files are safely destroyed.
