DOVER, NH — Portsmouth Christian Academy at Dover will hold its 9th Annual Spring Fling on Friday, May 20, starting at 3 p.m. This old-fashioned family day of fun brings students and the community together to celebrate the arrival of warmer weather and to enjoy a day of exciting games, contests, and delicious food.
Admission is free. All games and food are sold on a ticket system (.50 cents per ticket). Tickets may be purchased at booths located throughout the campus. Spring Fling will continue until 7 p.m. and will be held rain or shine.
Sponsored by the high school students, Spring Fling proves to be an enjoyable event for the entire family. This year’s event will feature a giant inflatable obstacle course, a gladiator joust inflatable, bounce house, face painting, a dunk tank, beading booth, and many more activities. Enjoy great food and refreshments such as Italian sausage subs, hamburgers, hot dogs, and ice cream.
In conjunction with Spring Fling, Bill Dube Inc. will be offering a “Drive One 4 UR School” event throughout the day on the PCA campus. Participants will earn $20 for PCA’s 2011 senior class by test-driving a Ford or Lincoln vehicle. They will also have the opportunity to earn an additional $10 (up to $30 per person) for the school by taking a second test-drive in a 2012 Ford Focus.
